With over 20 years of experience in the strata industry, Silvana brings deep knowledge and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every scheme she works with. Her professional background includes time with one of Australia’s major strata insurance providers, giving her exceptional insight into policy coverage, claims management, and risk mitigation.
Silvana has worked across several well-known Perth-based strata management firms in a variety of roles. Her experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills make her a trusted advisor to owners, councils, and colleagues alike.
